Aaron is the visionary behind Bearn’s concept and business model. As a serial entrepreneur and dedicated C-suite level team player, Aaron has over 14 years experience delivering complex products from idea to execution. An expert in UX/UI design, product strategy, and marketing, his previous products have been featured in the press and have received Cellerant Best in Class Technology Awards.

Since entering the world of human performance in 1997, Ed's mission has been to help those he works with maximize their potential. As a 1995 graduate of Union College, Ed has sought to apply a complex systems approach to the well-being of his clients, understanding that achieving wellness requires the consistent practice of several overlapping elements. Much of Ed's career has been spent working with professional athletes from the NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, PGA, MLS, EPL, & Serie A. His most recent experience in pro sports with Serie A giant, AS Roma, included the adoption of a variety of sports technology products and services. Lessons learned from working with pro athletes, clients and the application of sports technology inspired him to join the Bearn team and help further their goal of democratizing wellness.

John is a dynamic, resourceful and highly effective business leader and visionary, with a record of driving rapid, profitable organizational growth and delivering significant value creation for all stakeholders. John has achieved high levels of success in a wide range of organizations from a Fortune 100 company, to a mid-cap and the founding of a brand new startup. Mr. Malone has spent five years as an independent director of a NYSE company, a combined eleven years as the executive chairman of three VC backed SW companies, 2 years as a founder and CEO, and 20+ years accountable for revenue generation as the SVP of Sales and Marketing, and 5 years as a mentor and executive coach to 18 CEOs.

Tony is the CIO for the Global Financial Solutions business at First Data Corporation, the largest merchant credit card processor in the world. Bearn will leverage Tony’s experience in transactional data to create technology that can analyze ‘healthy’ purchases.

Jonathan has over twenty-five years of experience in public accounting and as CFO of several public and private firms. He began his professional career in public accounting where he worked for seven years in the Audit and Attest Practice with Ernst & Young, specializing in computer technologies. Jonathan has extensive international experience having worked in Mexico and Brazil with four companies and speaks four languages. He possesses Bachelors in Accounting and Masters in Finance degrees from San Diego State University and is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, and a Certified Financial Manager.

As an analytical leader with 14 years of directing company operations in a growth-minded direction, Luanne leads the various stages of product development at Bearn. She is passionate about enriching people's lives through technology and is recognized for her strategic approach and her ability to turn complex concepts into realized, market-ready solutions.

With over 400+ technology projects completed, Roman is a C-level, experienced technology professional, with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry in US and Europe, building projects from ground up, delivering them to clients, or launching them on the global market.

Jon is a full-stack software development leader and engineer with over 13 years of experience at both startups and largescale companies including Cisco, Demand Force, Intuit, and Classy.org. Jon excels at designing applications from the ground up, combining technology and business needs to produce world-class software that is easy to use.

Denys was born in Kyiv, Ukraine where he studied the Security of information and Communication Systems. He found his passion for Software Quality Assurance back in 2015 and kept building his proficiency since then. With a deep understanding of SQA principles, he ensures that the product will meet and exceed user expectations by applying best-in-class testing strategies.

James has over 10 years of experience delivering high-quality, complex software systems using modern technologies to meet customers' needs. With experience in leading and contributing as a member of various agile teams, James brings a wealth of knowledge and a customer-focused attention to detail.

George has over 10 years UI/UX Design creation experience at startups across the United States and Europe. With a deep expertise in user experience design and a solid understanding of vertical markets, business processes and various enterprise BI, EPM, CPM, and CRM applications, George is leading the design for Bearn’s website and app.

Sean is a professor, program director and product developer with expertise in employee performance and engagement as it relates to physical and recreational activities. He specializes in the areas of wellness, engagement, and culture. At Bearn, Sean is guiding the creation of the health credit score, behavioral and incentive programs and health surveys.

Christopher holds a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics and has over seven years experience teaching in higher education. At Bearn he is creating and building the algorithms used to determine the health credit score, and monetary payouts to users, etc.
